HACCSA (Health Advocacy and Clinical Compliance South Africa) is a woman-led organisation dedicated to improving public health and wellness across South Africa. Founded by René Sparks, a South African woman of colour, HACCSA advocates for equitable access to high-quality healthcare, empowers communities through education, and enhances healthcare delivery standards.

HACCSA provides mobile and fixed healthcare services, including clinical care, wellness programs, and advocacy to improve public health and healthcare access.

Leadership
René Sparks, a Clinical Nurse Practitioner and Master in Public Health graduate leads HACCSA. René is a dedicated advocate for health equity and serves in leadership roles with the WHO, SANAC, and various health initiatives in South Africa.
